HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE A RED LIGHT THERAPY BED?

Red Light Therapy is not a one-time treatment for most skin conditions. You’ll likely need on-going treatments; one to three times a week for a few months will yield the best, long-lasting results.

 

HOW DO I USE RED LIGHT THERAPY AT HOME?

Various at-home Red Light Therapy devices may require substantial time commitments; for example, twice a day for 30 to 60 minutes for four to five weeks. Others may recommend 10-minute, daily treatments. It is highly suggested that you use your device first thing in the morning or in the evening for optimal results. For best results with your at-home devices: 

  • Position yourself 6 inches to 2 feet from your device,
  • Expose skin for best results,
  • Spend approximately 10-20 minutes per desired skin area(s)
  • Use daily!
